Is it safe to order online?
Absolutely. Tiny Polkadots uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. If however you still feel uneasy about ordering online feel free to contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you to arrange the order.
Are my personal details safe with Tiny Polkadots?
Tiny Polkadots practices safe e–commerce. We do not store credit card details and at no time do we share any of our customer’s information with any other parties. We do retain customer information in the interest of further communication with our customers. If at any time you would like your information removed from our files please contact us.
How much does delivery cost?
Australia wide delivery is a flat rate $10 unless otherwise noted. Bulky items and remote areas may require an additional shipping fee. We will quote you on shipping prior to processing your order to ensure that the best possible rate is achieved..
We deliver Australia wide using a combination of Australia Post and Couriers. To ensure your delivery arrives, we utilise tracking on postage of all our items so your delivery does not get lost. As some parcels may need to be signed for, we ask that you DO NOT provide us with a Post Office Box address. Where possible please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is available to receive and sign for the item.
Does Tiny Polkadots deliver worldwide?
Yes, we will ship all over the world. Please contact us by email with destination and items and we will calculate the postage cost for you.
When will my order be sent?
Depending on availability of product, all orders placed by 12.00pm will be dispatched from Tiny Polkadots that same day.
When will my order arrive?
All orders should arrive within 1-5 business days from the order being placed with Tiny Polkadots. International delivery may vary.
How can I place an order?
Online using PayPal or your credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. You can also directly email or phone one of our stores and we will be happy to assist you.
What is the refunds/exchange policy?
There is nothing that pleases us more than a happy customer. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the product to us as long as it has not been used and is in its’ original packaging with all tags still intact within 10 days of dispatch. We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition. The cost of return freight is the responsibility of the customer. It is highly recommended that any returns be sent via Registered Post, as Tiny Polkadots will not be held responsible for items going astray in the mail.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale.
What if my goods are damaged or faulty?
We take great care ensuring your goods have been checked for damages prior to delivery. If however they are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your goods and the faulty item will be replaced. Faulty goods can be returned with labels intact for an exchange.
